ESYA Jewelry is crafted with great care in our workshop.

Your ESYA Jewelry polyamide parts (lace) are warranted for a period of 2 (two) years. You may change for free at any time during that period.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Your bracelet lost the color or get spoiled? No worries do this simple process.

Please note:
- ESYA Jewelry will exchange the item at any official distributor store World Wide.  
- If you have purchased Your item on-line, then You may send it back to us.
Any shipping fees from the original purchase will not be refunded. 
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

2 SIMPLE STEPS
  • STEP 1
  • Provide HQ images of spoiled item and request your Exchange Authorization Number (EA#) by contacting us by email at customerservice@esyajewelry.com 
  • STEP 2
  • Return your  item by shipping via insured, traceable delivery.

Please note: Your item must be returned to ESYA Jewelry within 7 days of the date that your exchange is confirmed and  EA# is assigned.

Your ESYA Jewelry metal parts are warranted for a period of two (2) years.  

The warranty spans from the date of the original purchase from an authorized ESYA Jewelry dealer or day of delivery if You purchased on-line.

With the warranty you are protected against any manufacturing defects under normal use, and after such defects have been confirmed by our technicians. 

This limited warranty does not cover damage arising from normal wear and tear, accidents or improper use.
